Patch 3.0.2 (): Conjure Food VIII is now trainable at the mage trainer.
Existing copies converted to a gray item. Like other conjured items, this item will disappear from a character's inventory after they have been logged out for more than 15 minutes. This tome, along with the Tome of Conjure Water IX, was necessary to learn Ritual of Refreshment from Mage trainers.

This rank is learned from, a drop in high-level Burning Crusade dungeons. Conjures 10 skin of glacier water, providing the mage and his allies with something to drink. Presumably the number of charges will increase by 2 each level to a maximum of 20 at level 75. Tome of Conjure water is filtered from the list of auctionable items in Appraiser, and even manually creating an auction while auctioneer is running is prevented while running. A level 70 mage will create 10 charges per cast. Sorry if your so uptight about getting these things for a cheap price or for free, id suggest you get your guildmates together and go run the instances these things drop a few times a day till you get it.This item is conjured by mages using the rank 9 spell.

If I made to pay high prices for it, then anyone getting one should expect to pay high prices for any biscuit. Don't like it? too bad, stop getting people to charge outrageous fees for them, since their benefit is most beneficial not to the mage, but everyone who ever groups with the mage in any instance or BG.
